I've begun taking a look into a new social media site that puts a twist on what we do with it. Instead of keeping all of their ad revenue, they share it with the people using the community. Tsu is what I consider to be a mix between Facebook and Twitter. You can simply follow people like twitter, or add them as a friend like facebook. You earn money by putting up quality content. You can also earn more money by inviting your friends to the service to do the same, and while at the time of creating this post tsu is open for any to just go on and make an account, the service is usually invite only. I will be providing my invite link so you guys can also try it out. It costs you nothing, and you use it as you would any other social media service. Facebook currently has a ban on posting the tsu link, and even prohibits you from connecting your facebook account to tsu, even though they aren't going against any of the terms of service.
Razer makes great gaming peripherals, but did you know they also have free software? I will be showing off the software in this video

Being a fanatic about the DDR arcade games, I always loved when I had the chance to play them at home. When I was younger, I owned DDR Ultramix for the xbox, and had a plastic mat to go with it. The game and the mat are now dead. I did find a Dance Dance Revolution game for pc called stepmania. I set out promptly to find a pad. I ended up buying this one.
The mat is a thin plastic one. It is gray and has 10 sensors (Directions, 4 buttons depending on console, and start/select) and is compatible with the PC, PS/PS2, Wii and Xbox. When plugged into a windows 8 computer, it is instantly picked up as a gamepad. It only takes a minute to set it up in stepmania and then everything is ready to go.
I started with easy songs, and everything went well. Upon going to the harder songs, things changed. The so called "non-slip", is just an utter lie. I expected this, as all plastic pads that say "non-slip" are just not true. This wasn't the only thing though. Although I tried to avoid it, the pad would bunch up towards the center, and extremely toward the back. I set out to discover what caused this. Upon a closer look, I found it was caused by the bottom side of the pad being slightly bigger than the top.
Another annoying thing I found was that the up arrow sensor was slightly higher than it was supposed to be. This caused me to have to stand farther back. Even though it wasn't that far back, not being directly in the center threw off my ability to accurately hit the sensors a bit.
"non-slip" slips a lot
bunches up towards the back
not very cheap compared to other pads on the market
Overall, I was not satisfied with this product. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a bit more quality. I find myself having to play at lower difficulties than I want to, and even then I end up failing the song because it bunches up to the point of losing sensitivity until I flatten the pad. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they got the HD Foam edition of it. Or if you have money to spare, buy the metal arcade dance pads. If you are an avid player, they will be the best option. This product gets a 5/10
So about 2 weeks ago I was watching vsauce, a wonderful youtube channel that you guys should check out (sponsor xD), and I found a nice little website. It let's you edit text live, while others who are on the site at the same time can view the text going across the screen when you are! The really nice thing about it is just by adding an ending to the URL, you can create your own text room for different things. So the normal link is http://www.yourworldoftext.com/, but by adding /TheCyberQuake, like this - http://www.yourworldoftext.com/thecyberquake, you can get to my websites world of text, where anyone who knows about this website can edit anything on it at any time. Now, there are a few things you should know. I will not tolerate any form of bullying! Also, keep language clean, as I don't know the age groups of people on my website, and it is offensive to some people. Don't get angry if someone changes your text it WILL happen!
Overall, this site gets a 9/10. It does exactly what its supposed to, but it does lag a slight amount. This isn't a huge problem, as I wouldn't expect it to go exactly when someone types due to internet lag.
